Policies
Most of the following information is listed on the standard contract that must be signed before any job is performed. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

Re-prints
 • You may make prints of photos you receive on CD/DVD for you or your immediate family only.
 • If you wish to distribute prints of your photos, I will be happy to discuss licensing. The pricing will be appropriate for what you intend to do with them.
 • You may not post digital copies of my photos anywhere on the Internet without my express written permission.


Hours & Rates
 • Minimum billable time is always one hour, or twice my round-trip travel time to arrive at the location, whichever is greater.
 • Time is billed in half-hour increments.


Turnaround time
 • The time I will require to deliver your photos depends on the quantity of photos taken and my current workload. Photos are usually delivered within two weeks.


Referrals
 • If you refer job of 3-hours or more to me, I will return the favor with a voucher for one free hour of photography coverage, usable however you please!


No-shows
 • If I show up for an appointment and you miss it without notifying me before hand, you will be charged my normal hourly rate for my travel time.


Rain-outs
 • If inclement weather makes it impossible to complete a photography session, a make-up session must be scheduled within a week of the original date.
 • You will not be charged any extra for rain-outs.
